The neighborhood

Move past Porto's wonderful and well-worn city centre to the sleepy, calm neighborhood of Bonfim. This area still leans toward traditional Portuguese culture with snack bars and restaurants offering meals for as little as a few Euros, but you can find speciality coffee and design shops here too. There's even a kombucha store, where you can purchase mint, coffee and ginger brews. Bonfim is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, and Uber is widely available.
