Airport Transfer
Driving by Car
It takes 20-45 minutes to drive from El Prat (BCN) Airport to Outsite Barcelona, depending on traffic.
Uber/Lyft/Taxi
Uber, Bolt, and Cabify are very popular in Barcelona. It costs around €30-35 to catch an Uber from the El Prat (BCN) Airport to Outsite. Taxis have similar rates.
Public Transit
From the airport, take the Aerobús (7,45€) to Plaza Catalunya (last stop), departing every 5 minutes. From here, it is a 15 minute walk to Outsite Barcelona (go down Las Ramblas and turn left on Carrer Ample, stick to the main streets at night).
Parking
The closest car park is Parking BSM Moll de la Fusta. Use the website/application “Parclick” for special rates on long stays (approx €24 per day).
Getting Around
Exploring on Foot Barcelona is very walkable, and most of the city can be easily explored on foot. From Outsite, you'll have quick and easy access to many cafes, shops, and restaurants.
Public Transport
Barcelona has a great bus/metro/tram network. The closest stops to Outsite are Jaume 1 (metro L4) or Drassanes (metro L3), just a 5 minutes walk away. Buy a T-Casual card (10 trips) for short stays, or a T-Usual for longer stays (30 days unlimited).
Rideshare Apps
Uber and taxis are widely available in Barcelona and the surrounding areas. When you enter a taxi don’t forget to verify that the taximeter is on (“taximetro”).
Groceries
Alcampo (on Carrer Ample) or Carrefour Market (on Rambla dels Estudis) are within a 5-10 minute walk of Outsite. Small convenience stores are also nearby.
Mail and Packages
You can receive mail and packages at our property:

You can send mail and pickup packages at the following address: Correus (Pl de Correus, 08002).
Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned two times per week.
There is a complimentary room cleaning for weekly stays available upon request.
There is a washer and dryer located on the first floor. Laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board are also available.
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.
Boards, Bikes & Fitness
Electric scooters and bikes are readily available throughout the city (Rent Bikes at Carrer Avinyo 50, Scooter House at Passeig Colom 17). Also you can use the city bikes (bicing.barcelona) via the app SMOU.
The closest gyms are CEM Colom, CEM Maritim, and VIVAGYM Universitat (best is CEM Maritim).
Extras
Safety Tips
Barcelona city center is famous for its pickpockets. Be aware of your surroundings, and walk on the larger streets at night (do not follow Google Maps' shortest paths at night - try to stay on main streets like Via Laietana, Las Ramblas, Passeig Colom).
Be careful when taking your phone or valuables out in public, bike thefts also occur in this city. Never share the Outsite building code with anyone, or allow anyone else to enter the building as you open and close the entrance.

To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.
