How can I buy an Outsite Gift Card?

To purchase an Outsite Gift Card, follow this link. Then, choose a Gift Card style, select the amount (in USD) you want to gift, enter the sender and recipient details, and add a custom message (optional). This message will appear along with the Gift Card in the email that the recipient will receive.

How can I redeem an Outsite Gift Card?

To redeem an Outsite gift card, you must first have an Outsite account. If you don't have one, you can create your account here. Having an account is fundamental to keeping track of your Gift Credit balance.

If you already have your Outsite account, access this link to redeem your Gift Card. Then, enter the code you received by email along with your Gift Card and click on "Redeem Gift Card." If the code entered is valid, you will see a confirmation message.

What can gift cards be used for?

Once redeemed, you can use Outsite Gift Cards for future Outsite reservations or your Outsite Membership. In either case, you will see the option to use your Gift Card Credits at checkout.

How can I check my Gift Credit balance?

To check your Gift Credit balance, log in to your Outsite account and click on your profile picture (or your initials), located at the top right corner of the screen. If you access your account on a mobile device, you will see a menu icon instead of your profile picture. This action will trigger a menu with different options. Click on the "Gift credit balance" option to view your gift credit balance.

What’s the difference between Outsite Gift Credit and Outsite Rewards Credit?

Outsite Gift Credit is the credit you get after redeeming an Outsite Gift Card. You can apply this credit to 100% of your total booking or membership price.

On the other hand, the Outsite Rewards Credit is the credit you earn through your stays at Outsite. Unlike Outsite Gift Credit, you need to be a member to earn and spend Rewards Credit. Moreover, you can only apply this credit to 50% of your total booking price.
