Airport Transfer

Airport Pick-Up with Our Trusted Driver
We recommend using our trusted local driver for your arrival. The house is only accessible on foot (~5 min walk), and he’ll walk with you, help carry luggage, and guide you directly to the entrance.
Airport Pick-Up: COP 160,000 (tolls included).
11PM-6AM: COP 180,000.
He regularly works with guests and can also take you on day trips to places like Guatapé.
He doesn’t speak much English, but he’s used to communicating with a translator app.
👉 Important: For your comfort and safety, please use our recommended driver instead of rideshare apps like Uber.
Uber/Lyft/Taxi
Uber, Didi, and InDrive are popular in Medellín. An Uber from Jose Maria Cordona Airport to Outsite costs approximately 180,000 COP.
Public Transit
From the airport, take the Combuses Bus direction: Medellin, San Diego. Once you´re there you can either take the metro or an uber/cab that will cost around 5 dollars and 20 minutes to Outsite El Poblado

There is no parking available at this location.
Getting Around
Exploring on Foot
A car is recommended for exploring Medellín and its diverse areas. However, many restaurants and cafes are within an 8-minute walk of Outsite El Poblado, and various activities are accessible within a 20-minute drive.
Public Transport
Medellin has a great bus and metro network. The closest metro station to Outsite is El Poblado, (You will need to take a bus or cab to get there or walk around 30 minutes) The closest bus stop just a 3 minute walk away.Medellin offers an excellent bus and metro system. The nearest metro station to Outsite is El Poblado (a 30-minute walk or short bus/cab ride away). A bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Outsite.
Rideshare Apps
Uber, Didi or InDrive are widely available in Medellin and the surrounding areas. Note that Didi is often slightly cheaper than Uber.
Groceries
Euro and Carulla are within a 12 minute walk of Outsite.
Nearest Bank
There is an ATM inside the Exito supermarket is a 6 minute walk from Outsite.
Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned two times per week.
There is a complimentary weekly room cleaning for weekly and monthly stays available upon request.
Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board are available. Your stay includes two complimentary laundry loads per week.

Sunday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.

To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.
