Airport Transfer
Driving by Car
It takes 35 min to drive from Medellin Airport to Outsite.

Uber (35 min, $20)
It takes around 35 minutes to reach Outsite depending on traffic.
Parking
It costs around $1USD per hour to park on the street in front of the house. It is free during the night from 10pm to 7am.
Getting Around
Uber is advised for getting around Medellin.
Groceries
We recommend that customers use an application called Rappi, to do their shopping online and have it delivered in under 10 minutes. The same app is also used to order in restaurants (this replaces Uber Eats in Colombia).
The Exito supermarket is a 6 minute walk from Outsite.
Nearest Bank
There is an ATM inside the Exito supermarket is a 6 minute walk from Outsite.

Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned two times per week.
There is a complimentary weekly room cleaning for weekly and monthly stays available upon request.
Your stay also includes two complimentary laundry loads per week.
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.

To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.

Outsite Community Managers are your local host during your stay. They're there to share local recommendations and answer questions you have about the Space.
