Airport Transfer
Driving by Car
It takes about 35 minutes to drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport to Outsite Bali, depending on traffic.
Uber/Lyft/Taxi
Ride Apps (35 minutes, $15+)
While Uber is not available in South East Asia, other ride apps like GOJEK, Grab, and Blue Bird taxi are available here.
While GOJEK and Grab are available, they are not reliable for airport transfers. We recommend a direct taxi to Outsite. Please contact Putu on WhatsApp (+62 812 4677 0704) at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your ride. His rate is IDR 400,000 (~$25 USD).
Public Transit
The airport shuttle service is not reliable, we recommend booking a private transfer.
Parking
There is parking on the property inside of the gate.
Getting Around
Exploring Canggu on Foot/by Bike
Canggu is extremely pedestrian and bike friendly. Both modes of transportation are easy and popular ways of getting around the city.
Car and Scooter Rental
Many people opt to rent scooters or cars during their stay in Bali for the added ease of getting around, making bigger trips, and traveling with luggage. We recommend renting in Canggu or Pererenan.
For 1 day to 2 week scooter rentals, we recommend using Rufix Scooter Rentals.
For 1+ month scooter rentals, we recommend using Bayu Rent Scooter.

Groceries
From the house, it takes about 9 minutes to drive to either Pepito Market, Frestive or Diamart Canggu.
Nearest Bank
There is an ATM BNA just a 9 minute drive away.

Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned three times per week.
There is a complimentary weekly room cleaning for weekly and monthly stays available upon request.
For laundry service, we recommend Swastee Eco Laundry. They offer washing, drying, and folding for 65,000 IDR ($5 USD) per load with a max of 4kg. You can pay an extra fee for Gojek delivery, otherwise it is a 15-minute walk from Outsite.
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.
Food & Drink
All Members have access to a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, and basic condiments.

To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.
