Airport Transfer
Driving by Car
It takes 45 minutes to drive from the airport to Outsite.
Uber/Lyft/Taxi
Uber
Uber is widely available in Bordeaux. It should cost €25-35 to reach Outsite.
Taxi
You can hail a taxi at the airport's taxi stand, located just outside the terminal building. The ride to the Capucins area should take about 20-30 minutes and cost around €30-€35.
Public Transit
Bus
There is a bus shuttle from the airport called "The 30' Direct." It offers a direct 30-minute service between Bordeaux Airport and Saint-Jean train station, providing passengers with an easy link between two of the region's key transport hubs. Tickets can be purchased online or directly from the driver (8€ one way).
Tram
From the airport, you can take Tram A and get off at Sainte-Catherine (a 38-minute ride). Outside Bordeaux will be a 15-minute walk from there. Alternatively, you can get off at Hôtel de Ville and take Tram B to Saint-Nicolas, which is a 4-minute walk to Outsite. With a TBM ticket, it's possible to make free transfers on public transport for up to 90 minutes.
Getting Around
Public transportation
Bordeaux has an extensive public transportation system operated by the TBM (Transports Bordeaux Métropole). The system includes buses, trams, and a bike-sharing service called V'Cub. Tickets can be purchased at ticket vending machines, on the TBM website, or through the "TBM" app.
Bicycle
Bordeaux has an extensive network of bike lanes and a bike-sharing service called V'Cub, which allows you to rent a bike for short trips around the city. V'Cub stations are located throughout the city, and you can pay for your rental using a credit card or the "V'Cub" app.

Groceries
There are several supermarkets in the Capucins area, including Carrefour Market, Intermarché, and Lidl. These stores offer a wide selection of food, household items, and other essentials.
The Capucins area is home to several farmers' markets, where you can purchase fresh produce and other locally-grown and produced goods.
Online delivery
If you prefer to shop from the comfort of your home, you can also order groceries online for delivery to Outsite. Several major supermarkets and other retailers offer online shopping and delivery in Bordeaux, including Amazon, Carrefour, and Monoprix.

The nearest ATM is on Caisse d’épargne, 33800 Bordeaux.

To receive mail or packages at this Outsite, please use your name and the address of the Space.

Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned one time per week.
There is a complimentary bi-weekly room cleaning for weekly and monthly stays available upon request.
Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board are available.
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.
Food & Drink
There is a fully equipped kitchen ready for use, complete with filtered water, organic tea, coffee, and sugar.

To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.
