Airport Transfer

It takes 18 minutes to drive from Marrakesh Airport to Outsite Marrakesh.
Car Rental
We do not recommend Guests drive their own car unless they want to, but it's not the recommended method of transportation.
Uber/Lyft/Taxi
Taxi
It takes 18 minutes to get from Marrakesh Airport to Outsite Marrakesh in a taxi. It costs around €6.50 (70MAD) to €11 (120MAD).
Private Transfer
Please contact the Community Manager to schedule an airport pick-up at least 24 hours in advance before your check-in date, the cost is €20 one way or €30 round trip.
Public Transit
Bus Line 19 takes 40 minutes to reach the Medina market centre and individual tickets cost €2.80 (30MAD).
Parking
On-street parking is not recommended. We recommend finding a secure parking lot outside of the Medina, and proceed on foot to avoid traffic jams. There is one opposite Jemaa el Fna just behind the Koutoubia.
Getting Around
The best way to get around Marrakesh is on foot. Ubers are not available in Marrakesh, but taxis are widely available.

Groceries
There are small produce and spice shops in the Medina, if you're looking for a traditional supermarket head to Carrefour in Gueliz. This is an 11 minute walk or 34 minute drive.
Nearest Bank
Banque Populaire is a 5 minute walk south of Outsite Marrakesh.

Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned every day.
There is a complimentary weekly room cleaning for weekly and monthly stays available upon request.
Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board are available.
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.
Food & Drink
There's a complimentary Moroccan breakfast included and it's served in the dining room from 8 AM to 10 AM.
Lunch is available per request only and must be pre-ordered the day before, the cost is 15 EUR - 20 EUR; cash only.
All Guests also have access to the shared fully equipped kitchen, which also has complimentary filtered water where you can refill your own water bottle.

For extensions or general enquiries, please email reservations@outsite.co.
To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.
