Public Transit
JFK to Outsite Chelsea (1 hour, 8 minutes, $10.75)
From JFK Terminal 8-9, Take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station. Walk about 4 minutes to Sutphin Blvd. - Archer Ave, and take Line E 13 stops to 23rd St. Walk about 3 minutes until you reach Outsite New York - Chelsea.
LGA to Outsite Chelsea (46 minutes, $5)
Take the Q33 bus at 94th St/Ditmars Boulevard. Get off at Roosevelt Ave/82 St and hop on the 7 train into Manhattan. Get off at the Grand Central stop. Outsite Manhattan is a 5 minute walk from there.

Getting Around
Subway
The New York City subway system makes it easy to explore different neighborhoods and boroughs. To ride the subway, you’ll need to purchase a Metro card first. From there, you can add specific amounts, or purchase a single ride, 7-day pass, or 30-day pass.
Citibike
Another great way to see the city is through the Citibike bike share program. Pass options include 30-minutes, Day Pass, 3-Day Pass, and Annual Pass. There is a handful of bike stations within a few blocks of Outsite New York - Chelsea. We recommend downloading the Citibike App to your phone.

Whole Foods is a 6 minute walk away, and Fairway Market of Chelsea is a 12 minute walk away from Outsite New York - Chelsea.

There's a Cardtronics ATM at 168 7th Ave., a 6 minute walk away.
Mail and Packages
Members can receive both mail and packages at Outsite Manhattan. Please use your name and the address of the Space. Please note, for package deliveries, carriers will only deliver if there is someone present to receive the package. This means you must listen for the doorbell and be at the Space to receive a package.

Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned two times per week.
There is a complimentary bi-weekly room cleaning for weekly and monthly stays available upon request.
Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board are available.
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.

There is a fully equipped kitchen ready for use, complete with filtered water, organic tea, coffee, and sugar.

To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.
