Airport Transfer
Driving by Car
It takes 22 minutes to drive from the Oaxaca City airport to Outsite Oaxaca City
Uber/Lyft/Taxi
This is the only option to catch a ride to town from the Oaxaca City airport. Taxi services such as Didi are not allowed to pick up at the airport. When you walk out of baggage claim you’ll see a sign that says Taxi / Collectivo. Tell them you are going to Jalatlaco and they’ll give you a ticket. You can choose a shared van or a private taxi. Once you have your ticket, you will walk outside and see white vans and someone will ask you for your ticket.
Public Transit
There is no option for public transportation from the Oaxaca City airport.
Getting Around
Oaxaca City is best explored on foot or Didi. You do not need a car for Oaxaca City, and you can easily access the surrounding towns and sites by bus.
Exploring Oaxaca City on Foot
There are plenty of restaurants and shops within steps of the Outsite Oaxaca City. From the Outsite space it is an 8 minute walk to Centro, a 13 minute walk to the Famous Templo de Santo Domingo, and a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo.
Public Transport
There is no public transportation in Oaxaca City. To call a safe and secure ride, we recommend using the Didi app. If you are unable to catch a ride using Didi, the next best option would be to flag down a yellow taxi.

Groceries
The closest commercial grocery store, Chedraui, is a 7 minute taxi ride. Alternatively there are local markets close by: It’s a 18 minute walk to Mercado Merced, a 24 minute walk to Mercado Benito Juarez, and a 27 minute walk to Mercado 23 de Noviembre. It is also easy to order groceries using the Rapi app.
Nearest Bank
The closest ATM, HSBC, is a 4 minute walk.

Laundry & Cleaning
Common areas are cleaned two times per week.
There is a complimentary bi-weekly room cleaning for weekly and monthly stays available upon request.
Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board are available.
To schedule a room cleaning or request fresh towels, please submit a request through the Outsite App or contact your Community Manager. Additional cleanings or towel requests may be subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Community Manager or Guest Services Support (reservations@outsite.co) and they will be happy to assist.

There is a fully equipped kitchen ready for use, complete with filtered water, organic tea, coffee, and sugar.

To add an extra guest to your reservation, it is $15 per night in locations outside of Europe, and €13 per night for locations in Europe. There is a 2-night minimum stay for extra guests. Please email the Reservations Team to register your guest ahead of time.
