Introducing the Coffee Project at Outsite - 2025

We are elevating the coffee experience across all Outsite locations. We’re working hand-in-hand with local partners and specialty roasters to ensure every cup you enjoy is not only delicious but also ethically sourced and sustainably produced.

Why Good Coffee Matters 

• Quality in Every Cup: We’re partnering with passionate coffee producers, from Brazil’s Baobá Farm to Portugal’s Baobá Roaster, who oversee every step from bean to cup. Only a portion of their land is dedicated to coffee cultivation, with the rest preserved for environmental protection-honoring both the land and the people behind each harvest.
• Sustainably Sourced: Our coffee partners share our values of sustainability and ethical sourcing. Beans are grown using conservation agriculture and direct trade practices, ensuring fair wages for farmers and a positive impact on local communities.
• Local Impact: By collaborating with local roasters and suppliers, we support regional economies and reduce our environmental footprint. Each location brings its own unique coffee story, reflecting the flavors and traditions of its community.

Meet Our Partners

- Groundwork Organic Coffee Roasters: Certified organic and directly traded, Groundwork builds long-term relationships with farmers, ensuring responsible farming and fair livelihoods. 
- Baobá Farm & Roaster: From Brazil to Portugal, Baobá produces specialty coffee with a focus on environmental stewardship and quality. Only 26% of their land is used for coffee, with the rest dedicated to conservation.
- BUNA (Mexico): Working with over 350 local producers, BUNA champions biodiversity and conservation agriculture, creating exceptional coffee that respects both people and planet.
- Lareb (Colombia): Lareb partners directly with Colombian farmers to produce high-quality, traceable coffee. Their commitment to transparency, fair pricing, and sustainable practices helps empower local communities and preserve Colombia’s rich coffee heritage.
