How do shared dorms work?

At Boavista, some rooms are gender-specific dorms - female-only and male-only - for extra comfort and privacy among guests. Be sure to select the correct dorm type when booking your stay. If a reservation is made for the wrong category, we'll do our best to move you to another available room or bed, subject to availability; additional charges may apply if the alternative has a higher rate. If no suitable option is available, the reservation may need to be cancelled per our booking conditions. For any questions before booking, our team is happy to help.

Yes, Ark Canary Wharf is a curated Outsite location and is available for Outsite Members only.

Yes, Outsite Austin - Bouldin Creek is centrally located and close to restaurants and downtown attractions by foot.

Can I access the building before my check-in time?

Standard property access codes are not active until 1pm on your check-in day.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my stay?

Yes, invoices and receipts can be provided upon checkout.
