1. No Noise after 10 PM

NO NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM, including collateral noise from the kitchen, living room, workspace, laundry, or bathroom. Please use earphones if you’re up late. We are located in a quiet neighborhood and violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.

2. Respect the Space.

Keep areas clean, tidy, and organized. Do not move the furniture, do not hang or tape anything to the walls and please report any damage. Please do not unplug or tamper with the wifi modem and routers. Please do not unplug, tamper or block the camera router and cameras.

3. No Shoes.

Please leave shoes at the entrance and do not use shows on rugs and carpeted areas. If you are coming from the beach please also rinse your feet in the outdoor faucet before entering.

4. Be Mindful.

You're staying in a space with shared common areas, and there is no daily housekeeping. Keep shared areas clean and tidy, ready for the next person.

5. No Unconfirmed Guests or Visitors.

All Guests and Visitors need to be registered before arriving. Here’s how to add a Guest to your booking.

6. No Smoking or Vaping.

Smoking and/or vaping are not permitted at Outsite Spaces, this includes balconies and covered patio areas. Instead, we suggest you make the most of the neighborhood and take a stroll to smoke.‍

7. Check-In and Check-Out.

We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. If you have any questions, please contact reservations@outsite.co. Upon check-out please leave any linens and towels inside the room and take or throw away any leftover food from the fridge and pantry.

8. Stay Safe.

Please close and lock all doors and windows on your way out and at night. A fire extinguisher is located inside the kitchen cabinet under the sink. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Community Manager. For real emergencies, please call 911.

9. Keep Our Planet Clean.

Turn off lights, A/C, heating, thermostats, and appliances when not in use, and make sure to use the recycling bins provided.

10. No Pets.

Animals are not permitted inside the property. Contact reservations@outsite.co for more information.

11. Parking.

Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines and towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

12. Waste and Recycling.

All full garbage bags must be placed in the corresponding garbage and/or recycling bins next to the driveway.

13. No Fires on the Property.

The burning of candles, incense, sage, or palo santo is not permitted on the property. Burning or setting material alight on the property is prohibited.

14. Fireplace.

The fireplace in the main house living room is electric if you turn it on, please make sure to also turn it OFF; it is prohibited to leave the fireplace unattended for liability reasons. For central heating, it is preferred you use the thermostat located on the wall.

15. Accidents and Injuries.

Our locations are close to cliffs, surf beaches, and diverse wildlife - occasionally, these places can present hazards. Cliff faces can be unstable, please beware of falling rocks or debris when in the vicinity. If you’re choosing to swim at surf beaches, beware of rip tides, and only enter the water if a lifeguard is present. When walking in shallow water, you might find yourself in the company of stingrays, crabs, sea urchins, or else, so please be careful.
