Limestone Capital Acquires Minority Stake in Outsite to Support Global Expansion of Remote-Work Hospitality Platform

Zurich, Switzerland — 6 Jan 2026 — Outsite, the global coliving and remote-work hospitality brand, today announced a strategic investment from Limestone Capital, a private investment firm focused on consumer, lifestyle and experience-led businesses. As part of the transaction, Limestone has acquired a minority stake in Outsite, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth.
The investment will support Outsite’s next phase of expansion, strengthening their operations, marketing and real estate development. A separate real estate vehicle will be dedicated to strategic property acquisitions.
Founded in 2015, Outsite operates a portfolio of over 40 locations across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, offering flexible stays, coworking spaces, and curated community experiences designed for professionals who work remotely.
