Modern, community-centered house in CDMX

I am really happy that I ended up booking this location. The house was exactly what I am looking for in a co-living - it was cozy, fostered community, and was a great place to work. The house was clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was really safe, and it was nice to have the security guards (though it was a little odd that we couldn't even bring in other Outsite members from the other house). Note - only a few rooms have A/C, so choose your room carefully in the warmer months. I had room 6 and was really happy with it. The trade-off of the house was being farther from the action. I walked to Condesa at least once a day, and it's about a 20-minute walk. But it's a really safe area, and I still I think it was worth it. To walk to Roma Norte, it takes about 45 minutes, but we also did it regularly and grabbed an Uber home if it was late at night.

I had the most wonderful stay at the San Juan Del Sur Outsite location. The location is stunning and expansive, with the most beautiful view of the sea. My room was so cozy and the bed was very comfortable.

Great location!

Location is perfect - walkable to so many restaurants, bars, workout classes, and sites! The accommodation itself is a bit simple and loud. Community manager Inês was very nice and helpful! Would return with these expectations.

Beautiful home vibe & great community

I absolutely loved my stay at Outsite Colonia San Miguel! The property truly feels like a massive, beautiful home rather than a temporary co-living space. The main area and the sun deck are incredible—super clean, open, and filled with tons of natural light and windows. It has an amazing vibe that makes it incredibly easy to meet people and make friends. The neighborhood itself is fantastic, and the property feels very safe, especially with the guards out front who are so friendly and welcoming. I heard that the rooms inside the main house are absolutely beautiful. However, I do have a few caveats regarding my specific room and a minor maintenance issue. I stayed in Room 7, which we affectionately nicknamed the "dungeon room." While I knew beforehand that it didn't have many windows, I didn't realize it was located entirely outside of the main house. Because of this, every time I wanted to access the main living spaces, I had to punch in the door code to get back inside. Being right in the courtyard also made it a bit noisier than expected. It’s a fair room, but the listing should definitely be clearer that it sits outside the main house structure. My only other critique was that the coffee machine was broken during my stay. We were told it just needed an adapter, but one was never provided while I was there. When you're working remotely, coffee is an absolute must! Aside from those two things, it's a stellar property with a wonderful community. I would definitely stay here again, though I'd probably book a room inside the main house next time!

Doesn't get any better than ocean front

I enjoyed my stay at Outsite Ocean Park! Being across the street from the beach was an amazing way to start the day. I did find it a bit far from grocery stores & coffee shops. Rooms, common areas and workspace were all very comfortable. The property could do with a little upgrading. Really sad to hear that this location is closing at the end of May!!

Stunning spaces ( rooms & common areas), Culture + Community here are magical !

I had the opportunity to speak May 2025 in Porto at the SIM conference (startups) and the conference partnered with OutSite for both the opening night event and lodging. The community is thriving, staff are responsive and fun to brainstorm with (they care that you explore based on what you desire), and rooms are perfect (comfy beds, large shower, natural light and I had a mini kitchen). Perfect stay - It is all about the Culture and it is not easy to construct. It exists here and is contagious.

Location had immersed me in the culture, surrounded by good food, beautiful view from my balcony.

Great good-sized Outsite, good for working as well as nature walking.

This is my sixth Outsite location, and definitely the cleanest. I really enjoyed my time here. Good kitchen & coworking space. The excellent community manager goes above & beyond. Recommend to rent a car (but not a Fiat Panda, not enough power for all those steep slopes) Parking doable. Ponta do Sol is a bit small (but surprisingly noisy sometimes!) and you want to go out regularly. I was not impressed by the food / coffee / daily foodshopping options in PdS.

Beautiful, Relaxing & Fun!

After visiting this location, it is very clear why people say it is the best! The accommodation itself is well-maintained and the rooms are dreamy with the oceanfront balconies. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was one of my favorite parts! Ponta do Sol is a cute, albeit small town. Within walking distance, there are a few restaurants & casual bars, a small grocery store, and a short hike....plus you are right on the beach with incredible sunsets! Elisa is an incredible community manager! It is evident she loves Ponta do Sol and Madeira, which comes through in her weekly coffee hour where she shares local treats and the activities she plans to build community and share her favorite spots. To truly experience the wonder of the island, a car is really best! However, if driving is not your forte, it is likely you join other guests and take uber/bolt when needed. Highly recommend!!

A reliable establishment offering a great accommodation and working environment.

A fantastic facility, designed according to the concept and with established rules. Furthermore, considering Barcelona's expensive accommodation costs, it offers excellent value for money. I'd also like to stay at their locations in other cities.
