Nice Outsite, would recommend
Nice space overall — kitchen is great, good outdoor area. Even a small gym in the basement, which was a nice surprise. Co-working area is a bit small but not a deal breaker. A mix of Outsite guests and other guests. Amazing community manager!

Great location, even better amenities!
I loved my experience— from the rooms to the friendly staff, everything ran so well. I overlooked the amusement park, so I heard people screaming in excitement the entire time, but I found it pretty funny. If you’re sensitive to noise, just tell them! I would 100% stay here again and recommend it.

New friends, great time!
I stayed for the month of June and had such a great time, although it rained heavily for the majority of it. This Outsite was very social, and the Outsite members planned fun outings for both weekdays and weekends. I met some friends that I am making future travel plans with. The location is a little far from all the happening stuff, but Uber is super affordable. If you're into working out, there weren't that many great gyms nearby. I'd say Roma Norte and Condesa are better for that, but there are still some decent ones close. The wifi was impeccable, and I had no issues! Overall, it was an amazing and super fun experience.

Great location and beautiful interiors!
Love this location! It was pretty hard to find at first (had to ask for directions from multiple people on the way there) but it's so beautiful inside!

Amazing work area and views, location just minutes walking to the most beautiful beach. Most of the rooms are a bit dated and could use better cleaning in the ducts, otherwise beautiful property.

The Ponto Outsite has an excellent location, close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood in Encinitas. The garden is amazing, lush and very spacious. The community during my stay was laid-back, chill and we had some nice conversations. To me it looked like it's less of a co-working type of community, and it attracts people who are on sabbatical or work local gigs. My room and the whole house looked a little outdated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

A hip neighborhood stay in San Diego
I liked the location, it was very convenient to drive to North County, and also the immediate neighborhood has a great vibe. The bed is comfy and the community area and kitchen are spacious. I haven't interacted with other residents too much during my stay, as we had different schedule, but Maddison, the community manager created great gatherings and takes care of the community. The house and the overall facilities are great.

This is your sign to stay here.
This was my first co-living experience, and for anyone looking to try it, let me assure you that at least at this location, it's far from dorm rooms for adults. There are a handful of rooms, and whether it's because the guests during my stay skewed 30+, they have a fantastic housekeeper, or both, the common spaces were always well-maintained. Daniela is an amazing host and does a great job of striking a balance that fosters connection without a feeling of "forced fun," like you might remember from your RA. We'd have a weekly dinner on Wednesday, which was a perfect casual way to connect with other guests, as Daniela always chose places that landed on "must eat" lists. The physical space is great; the bed is incredibly comfortable, with both hard and soft pillows, and the shower's water pressure is fantastic. A highlight of the property is the Oaxacan bakery, Boulenc, which features a cafe sharing the courtyard (there is a divider between their side and Outsite's). The cafe offers a great coffee program, baked goods, sandwiches, and a small produce section, perfect for picking up a few eggs or tomatoes. I highly recommend getting their Basque cheesecake; I probably ate at least two whole cakes over the course of my stay. The A/C in the rooms works well, but on cooler nights, the fan alone does a great job cooling the room down. The common spaces don't have A/C, but they have plenty of fans. The wifi is strong in both the rooms and the common spaces. The only downside to Outsite is that the intersection it faces is confusing to cross. It's a poorly laid-out three-way intersection with broken crossing lights. So, just prepare to read the vibe and, at most, wait for someone else to go. Or just walk further in either direction for a simpler cross into the center of town. TLDR: If you're interested in Oaxaca, and curious about a co-living, absolutely book this one.
