Good stay in a hotel
Just like others have said and like in the pictures, this is a hotel with a lofted bed. The rooms are small but pretty efficient and its very handy to have a mini fridge, nespresso machine, and the balcony was nice as well. I never met the community manager and he didn't arrange any meetups in the 2 weeks or so that I was there, nor did I meet anyone from Outsite. I also didn't receive most of the benefits advertised for the long stayers (free laundry, free welcome drink, daily snacks upstairs, biweekly community dinner) Just something to be aware of if you're looking for community but overall I enjoyed my stay.

We had a nice stay with lovely people! Sagres can seem small at first but there are quite a lot of lovely spots to go to, and some incredible beaches. For the ones into surfing, praia de Castelejo and Cordoama are super nice, and for the ones who want to chill at the beach, Beliche looks like the Caribbean. The Outsite has very nice common areas and the co-working is amazing. Our room was nice but it was very humid unfortunately, so the smell was not the best but was still nice.

Need a car. Beautiful property and area
The property is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and feel like a hotel. Great pool and outdoor space. There’s a workout room on top floor. You absolutely need a car at this location. There are lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minute drive; food trucks, coffee trucks, grocery store, restaurants. There are multiple beaches <15 minute drive that are wonderful. There’s no way to walk or bike there. Once you’ve got a car, it’s easy to get around and enjoy the area!

A comfortable, well-equipped home base for living, working, and exploring Oaxaca.
I had a very good stay at Outsite Oaxaca City. The property is beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped. I especially appreciated the large kitchen with plenty of plates, utensils, and fridge space, the modern washing machines and dryer, the free drinking water, and the thoughtful approach to waste separation and sustainability. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a great bathroom. The WiFi was consistently stable, I had many online meetings throughout the week without any connection issues. The location is also a great base for exploring Oaxaca, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and things to do nearby. A special mention goes to the cleaning staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. They are absolute gold and really contributed to making the house feel comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my week at Outsite Oaxaca and would happily stay with Outsite again.

Comfortable Rooms in Central Location
The location of this Outsite is amazing; it’s in a very walkable area. The building has a lot of stairs and no elevator. It’s an older building, and the bathrooms are tiny as expected, but the bedrooms were spacious and the balcony was very nice. The kitchen is a bit small and old but works fine. The living room area is small, so you can’t really work there, but there’s a desk in your room or you can use the coworking space downstairs. The coworking space is very nice and has a cafe, but it doesn’t stay open late, which can be tough if you’re working late hours in other time zones. There’s also only one phone booth and one meeting room, so if you need to take a lot of calls, it might be difficult. The WiFi in the coworking space was good, but it went out frequently in the apartments upstairs for many of us. My stay was a few months ago, so hopefully this has since been fixed. The community manager set up a few events, and everyone was social and friendly, with lots of activity in the WhatsApp group chat.

I had a fantastic stay. This is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed at in Medellín, with several dozen nomads and expats staying there at any point. The view is amazing, and the facilities are top-notch, with a top-floor pool, sauna, cold plunge, and gym. There is also a restaurant downstairs where you get super tasty and healthy food and great coffees. If you are a light sleeper, it makes sense to spend extra on a city-view studio or an apartment. The studios facing the mountain are next to a busy road and a construction site that will likely remain there for at least half a year to a year, and they have air vents directly facing both the street and the construction site so that the noise reaches the room directly. In addition, both the studio and apartments on the 8th floor facing the mountain are directly underneath the gym (so you can't go to sleep before 10 pm and get woken up at 6-7 am by people dropping weights).

My stay was amazing. The house is very nicely located at a tranquil spot next to a river. The workspace is outside next to the river, which is beautiful. Medellin pretty much always has a perfect temperature to work outside, and even though it's next to the water, I had few issues with mosquitoes. Other reviews had mentioned issues with mold and moisture in the rooms. I stayed two weeks and had no such problems. Two things to note: - The property is very difficult to find. You need to go down a steep road and then take a small path next to the houses (there is an "Outsite" plaque next to the path entrance, but it's easy to overlook). The community manager, Lina, kindly sent a video that shows how to find the entrance. Best to wait for the video or ask for it before heading over, because without it the place is almost impossible to find. - As of July 2026 Uber will take you to the wrong location if you just copy-paste the (correct) address shown on the Outsite portal into the Uber app. Only the (also correct) abbreviated version of the address that Lina sent me got Uber to drop me at the right place. Would recommend triple-checking the location before heading over from the airport.

Modern, Spacious House in Great Location
This house is very nice and spacious, with large windows overlooking lots of trees, while still being walkable and close to many things to do. There are lots of great restaurants, cafes, and a few shops nearby, although you’ll need to drive or Uber or scooter to get to many other places. The house was clean, everyone was friendly and social, and the community manager organized a few fun events.

Nice House for a Quiet Stay
I enjoyed my stay at Outsite Cascais. It was very quiet and everyone kept to themselves. The community manager was nice and brought snacks a few times. The area is not very walkable, but it’s easy to order an uber to get into town. There is one small market you can walk to, but roads are steep and winding. The house was a little old, but still very nice and clean and view was amazing. The extra coworking space is nice to have.
