Cancellation refunds will be issued based on the cancellation policy. All refunds will incur a 3% processing fee.
If you have booked a deal under a non-refundable cancellation policy, the booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation - Before Check-In:
You can cancel and receive a 100% refund as long as you cancel at least 14 days prior to your check-in date. If you cancel less than 14 days, but 7 or more days prior to check-in, you can cancel and receive a 50% refund.
Reservations requests received less than 48 hours from the check-in date, will be subject to the normal cancelation policy. Reservations requests received more than 48 hours from the check-in date have a grace period of 24 hours, meaning you can make changes free of charge for the next 24 hours as long as the check-in date of your reservation is more than 48 hours away from the check-in date, after the first 24 hours all reservations will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation - After Check-In:
Cancelations after check-in will be subject to discount variations depending on the new length of stay and the location's minimum night stay policy. There will be no cancelation fee for nights canceled at least 14 days from the cancelation date. A 50% cancelation fee will be assessed for any canceled nights less than 14 days but 7 or more days from the cancelation date. A 100% cancelation fee will be assessed for any canceled nights less than 7 days from the cancelation date.
Members Only spaces are only accessible to guests holding an Outsite Membership. Our Open to All spaces are available to book without an Outsite Membership.
Outsite Members will always receive the best available rate, as well as extended stay discounts and deals.
We require at least 1 night between booking and check-in to make sure we will be ready to accommodate your stay.
We're constantly working on adding locations and spaces to the Outsite network so that you have plenty of options when it comes to finding availability.
However, spaces do fill up from time to time. We always recommend booking your travel at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that you get the best room. If you ever find yourself struggling to find availability in any of our locations or spaces, feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with your booking.
