How does identity verification work?
In order to feel at home at Outsite, our community needs to feel safe and secure. We ask for identification when a person either becomes a Member, or books an Outsite trip, to ensure we know exactly who is using our spaces.
We may ask for a screenshot of your government issued ID, alongside a selfie photo. Our identification process is managed via Stripe. The data collected by Stripe is only used for verifying the identity of a user. After you have been verified, Outsite does not store your data.

Can I make a same day booking?
We require at least 1 night between booking and check-in to make sure we will be ready to accommodate your stay.
Can I use my credits for Zoku bookings?
No, you cannot use your credits to book at Zoku properties.
