Can I book long-term stays?
Minimum and maximum night-stay policies vary per Space and are as advertised on the website. If you are interested in extending your stay you can contact reservations@outsite.co to extend your stay either before your stay has commenced, or during your stay.
Outsite Members receive a 30% discount on the nightly rate of bookings of 28+ nights, and a 35% discount on the nightly rate of bookings of 60+ nights. The discount applies for consecutive nights under the same reservation and location/property.
Outsite Members also have access to exclusive Early Bird offers for monthly stays.
Please keep in mind that long term discounts will be applied based on the length of the confirmed reservation and that changes to a confirmed reservation may affect these discounts. When requesting extensions please also keep in mind that long term discounts are not applied retroactively.
Pay Now-Pay Later for Long Term Stays: On bookings of 28+ nights, you can pay 50% now and pay 50% 20 days before your check-in date.
