What's your payment policy?
Outsite Payment Policy
On bookings of 30+ nights, you can pay 50% now and pay 50% 20 days before your check-in date. Otherwise it is paid in full in advance. Pay Now & Pay Later is not available on non-refundable bookings.
Zoku Payment Policy
Stays between 1-6 nights: No prepayment – only a valid credit card
Stays between 7-27 nights: A deposit of 25% of the total reservation will be settled 72 hours prior to the arrival. A secured payment link will be sent 6 days prior to arrival, and this will be valid for 3 days. If a reservation is made 72 hours in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking the reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival.
Stays longer than 28 nights: A deposit of 25% of the first month will be settled 1week prior to the arrival. A secured payment link will be sent 10 days prior to arrival, and this will be valid for 3 days. If a reservation is made 7 days in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking the reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival.
